I Will Enjoy My Work

Most people get into business because of the rewards offered. But often it is those who enjoy their work that succeed faster than those who don’t. Imagine that you are the boss of a large company, and you tell yourself, “My job is so boring and I don’t understand why my employees are so lazy.”

Whether you like it or not your employees are probably lazy because you are so unenthusiastic. The law of attraction tells us that we can project our thoughts to others subconsciously. Therefore, in this situation your employees may feel that you don’t have much motivation and consequently, they will feel less lively and less motivated because of you. If you look at successful business people, you will find that they are people who jump out of bed each morning looking forward to their work and they find no pleasure greater than running their business.

Take Bill Gates for example, he is one of the richest men in the world, but he loves his work so much, he constantly strives to make Microsoft a better company. He is highly motivated and has a vision that is larger than the sea.

It helps to have a clear and positive vision of yourself and what you desire out of life to keep yourself motivated. One of the ways to be successful in business is to focus on what you like to do.

Most people have hobbies and if they were to do some research they might find a way to turn their hobbies or interests into a profitable business.

Enjoying what you are doing can play a vital role in your success because it will bring out the best in you. When you enjoy your work, it makes the idea of work seem less like work and more like play.

Take for example, professional video gamers who compete in gaming tournaments. They spend many hours a day in training and they play the same game over and over again. Normal people (who are not into gaming) would find that it is such a daunting task. But to the gamers, they can’t wait to wake up each morning so they can train on their favorite video game.

And it’s just a side effect that they make a 5-6 figure income in the process and are hailed as celebrities among gaming communities. For them nothing could be better than playing their favorite video game and making a fortune in the process?

Lesson: If you absolutely dread what you’re doing in your business, then please reconsider your involvement.
