I Will Invest My Money Wisely

“If you don’t invest your money wisely, you will be broke no matter
how much money you earn!”

As a business owner you must be a shrewd investor. You cannot afford to waste your money on unnecessary expenses.

There are some examples I have seen in network marketing companies, where people have made it big earning 5 figure monthly incomes. Then they start buying expensive cars. Cars that costs more than $300,000 and they parade them around as a status symbol.

There is nothing wrong with buying expensive cars, but one of the dangers is that if something happens to your income, your car will be a huge liability and you will run into financial problems.

The key is to develop your financial intelligence.

You have to understand the difference is between real assets and liabilities. Assets are what PUTS money into your bank account.  Liabilities are things that drain money away from your bank account.

When you are making money in your business, wisely consider investing a considerable portion of it back into your business. Think of expanding your marketing efforts, improving your customer service or developing a new product.

This is a mindset that you MUST have it you want to GROW your business big. Here’s a good question to constantly ask yourself, “Is the purchase I am making contributing to my business or is it an expense that will hinder me?”

Lesson: Cash Flow is still King.
