I Will Put Customer Service First
“The customer may not be always right but make sure he is always
first.”
You could be the manager of a
large department, CEO of a major corporation, or even the owner of the largest business in your city.
But there is always someone
that has the power to fire each and everyone in your company right from the CEO’s and owners at the top all the way down to the janitor:the
customer, by choosing not to buy from you or worse, choosing to buy from your competitors.
Once you become your own
boss, you might think you don’t have to answer to anyone ever again. But never forget that you will still have to answer to your customers and
how you treat them will be one of your most profitable business assets.
In today’s society,
businesses are getting more and more competitive which means customers are getting fussier. Most of the time, when somebody buys something,
they pay for two out of three things…
1. A Quality Product
2. A Fair Price
3.Good Service
Having a quality product
should always be first on the list and unless you are out of marketing options price should be the last thing that you should compete on. But
giving good service is what can make the customer forget about price and somewhat lesser quality and ensures repeat sales over and over
again.
Lesson: Your customer may
shop around for the best price or find a competitor with a better quality product, but good, service can help keep customers with you for
life.
